Weâre looking for a Content Marketing Manager, Crypto to own content strategy and go-to-market storytelling for Alpacaâs crypto and tokenization products. This role is ideal for a crypto-native content marketer who can translate complex conceptsâtokenization infrastructure, on-chain asset mechanics, and institutional crypto workflowsâinto clear, compelling narratives for exchanges, issuers, market makers, and other institutional partners.
Youâll sit at the intersection of content marketing, product storytelling, and crypto go-to-market, partnering closely with our crypto product team to support launches, partner announcements, and thought leadership. The pace of change in tokenization demands dedicated expertise: this is not a generalist role. Youâll help shape how the market understands Alpacaâs Instant Tokenization Network (ITN) and broader crypto infrastructure, turning product complexity into content that drives awareness, adoption, and engagement.
Tokenization is moving from narrative to infrastructure, and Alpaca is at the center of that shift. This is a chance to shape how institutional crypto audiencesâexchanges, issuers, and market makersâunderstand what Alpacaâs crypto and tokenization products can do, and how to get value from them quickly. Youâll play a key role in supporting a growing pipeline of partner launches and product GTMs at a pivotal moment for the business.
Alpaca is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.

Owns product definition and roadmap for internal infrastructure and platform, prioritizing DevOps and engineering team needs at scale.

Your Role
Build Alpacaâs internal infrastructure and developer platform as a product. You own the product definition and platform maturity strategy, the intake, the backlog, and the multi-quarter roadmap for Platform & Infrastructure, and you put the rails in place so DevOps, Platform, and Infrastructure teams, and the customers know what to prioritize next. Partnering directly with the VP of Engineering.
Alpaca is building infrastructure for programmable finance at global scale: new countries, global markets, products that must stay centralized, and products that must be deployable in any region. This seat exists so that work has a product owner â platform maturity, CI/CD, cost efficiency and attribution, and the infrastructure dependencies that product engineering keeps discovering too late.
Own infrastructure as a product. Define and evolve a platform maturity model in the open. Internal customers are Alpaca engineers. The north star matches the Platform & Infrastructure charter: self-serve infrastructure on paved golden paths â any engineer can build, ship, authenticate, observe, and scale a service without filing a ticket. You are the product owner for Foundational Infrastructure inside the TPM team: efficiency ( cost attribution / chargeback) and the KPIs that prove the platform is getting easier to consume ( full CI/CD delivery and adoption).
Build the rails for monthly delivery. Teams already carve capacity for on-call, support, and upgrades. What remains is discovery and delivery. You make the next pull from a living roadmap obvious. You keep the central backlog and intake sane. You surface platform and infrastructure dependencies before they become surprises on someone elseâs roadmap.
Drive platform maturity until maintenance windows disappear. Short term you will feel the pain of coordinating maintenance windows, runbooks, and market-hours constraints â because you cannot eliminate what you have not operated. The goal is 24â7 deployability across open and closed markets, globally.
Make the cost a first-class product surface. Work with infrastructure engineering and Finance on attribution, chargeback, and efficiency. This requires technical judgment: you have to understand why a node, a database, or a pipeline costs what it costs. Cost is one program, not the whole job.
Raise CI/CD and developer-platform adoption. Full CI/CD delivery and adoption is a stated KPI for this seat. Partner with DevOps App (ArgoCD, service mesh, API gateway) and Platform (AuthX, event streaming, DevEx) so golden paths get used, not documented and ignored.
Make infrastructure portable for global scale. Distinguish what must stay centralized to serve all of Alpaca from what must be packaged and deployable in new markets Alpaca will expand to.
Alpaca is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.

A new role at FMG, the Director of Enterprise Onboarding & Migrations, owns the end-to-end delivery of every enterprise onboarding and every migration FMG runs. This is the single accountable owner for whether an enterprise client is successfully implemented on the platform and whether a book of advisors lands on FMG intact, on time, and compliant. The role breaks into two core responsibilities, onboarding new enterprise clients and running migrations for existing books, and both need to move predictably at real scale.
Onboarding starts when an enterprise client signs with FMG. Hundreds or thousands of advisors then need to be brought onto the platform, and for Customer Delivery, the focus is on website onboarding. The process generally follows a cadence. Sales brings a custom website request, we might create pre-approved design templates, we organize a dedicated team to get these websites onto the FMG platform through a Premium or Essential build, and then launch them. Our team also reports on progress to the Enterprise client along the way, so they feel supported.
Migrations work differently, but the accountability is the same. A migration is the movement of a group of advisor accounts from one home to another, and this role is ultimately responsible for the outcome of every one of them. Generally speaking, when a new type of onboarding shows up, this role figures out what it requires from the team.
Doing both well, and at scale, takes a specific kind of person. You need the executive presence to hold a hard conversation with a clientâs senior leadership, the operational rigor to run a thousand-account migration without losing accounts, and enough technical depth to speak with product and engineering. Just as important, you need to think like a product person. The process here is a product. It needs a documented current state, a defined target state, and a sequenced roadmap of changes to get from one to the other, with the reasoning written down so the team can execute the plan.
You are helping create Enterprise Onboarding and Migrations as a real function, with documented process, defensible reporting, and a team structured to scale, while running live client programs. The goal is not to manage enterprise onboarding as it exists today. It is to build what it needs to become.
Enterprise Onboarding Delivery
Migrations
Scoping and Pre-Sale Support
Client Leadership and Escalation
Team Leadership
Reporting and Operating Rhythm
What This Role Does Not Own - Named deliberately, because clarity here protects the role.
FMG is building an AI-first delivery organization, and the Director of Enterprise Onboarding & Migrations is expected to be the internal driver of that shift for this function. That means identifying where AI tools and automation can replace the manual, repetitive work that dominates migrations and onboarding today, building the playbooks and standards that govern their use, and holding the team accountable for meaningful adoption. Migrations in particular are full of high-volume, rules-based, verifiable work, which makes this function one of the highest-leverage places in the company to apply automation.
This goes beyond using AI personally. It means deploying AI at the team level, changing how the work actually gets done, and being able to show the difference in throughput and quality. We are not looking for someone who is curious about AI. We are looking for someone who already thinks in systems and sees AI as the most powerful leverage point in a modern delivery organization.
What You Bring
This role sits at the intersection of enterprise client leadership and high-volume operational delivery. Strength in only one of those will not be enough.
Experience and Background
Skills and Qualifications
At FMG, we believe in the wholehearted acceptance of each other regardless of our differences. We strive to foster an environment that allows everyone to contribute to our mission in their unique ways. With the belief that diversity propels innovation, we are continually finding ways to cultivate a commitment to inclusion in our employees, services, and products, as well as in the communities in which we live and work.
We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to providing employment opportunities regardless of sex, race, creed, color, gender, religion, marital status, domestic partner status, age, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, pregnancy, military or veteran status, and genetic information. If you require accommodation to complete the application or interview process, please contact [email protected].

Senior Director leads clinical research and development of protein degradation therapies for neurodegenerative diseases at a biotechnology company.
Arvinas is a biotechnology company dedicated to improving the lives of patients suffering from debilitating and life-threatening diseases through the discovery, development, and commercialization of therapies that degrade disease-causing proteins. Arvinas uses its proprietary PROTAC Discovery Engine platform to engineer PROteolysis TArgeting Chimeras, or PROTACs, that are designed to harness the bodyâs own natural protein disposal system to selectively and efficiently degrade and remove disease-causing proteins.
This differentiated approach has enabled Arvinas to build a broad pipeline of investigational therapies across oncology and neurodegenerative diseases, including ARV-102, targeting LRRK2 for neurodegenerative diseases; ARV-806, targeting KRAS G12D for mutated cancers, including pancreatic, colorectal, and non-small cell lung cancers; ARV-393, targeting BCL6 for relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin Lymphoma; ARV-027, targeting the polyglutamine-expanded androgen receptor, or polyQ-AR, in skeletal muscle for spinal bulbar muscular atrophy; and vepdegestrant, targeting the estrogen receptor for patients with locally advanced or metastatic ER+/HER2- breast cancer.
Building on its leadership in targeted protein degradation, Arvinas achieved a major milestone in May 2026 with the first-ever U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval of a PROTAC protein degrader therapy. The approval marked a significant advancement for the field and demonstrated the therapeutic potential of targeted protein degradation as a novel treatment modality. This PROTAC has been out-licensed for commercialization and further development.
#TeamArvinas is made up of passionate and curious employees, whose diverse thoughts and perspectives are highly valued. Arvinas employees embrace the freedom to pursue innovation, think creatively, and give back. They are driven by the companyâs values and mission â to improve the lives of patients with serious diseases by pioneering therapies created with our revolutionary PROTAC protein degradation platform. Builds internal IT automations, workflows, and tools using AI assistance across Microsoft 365 and AWS cloud environments to improve employee productivity and reduce manual effort.
IT Solutions Engineer â AI, Automation & Cloud, #1111
Clearance: US Citizenship Required; ability to obtain a government clearance if required.
We are looking for an IT Solutions Engineer who wants to do more than keep systems running. This role is for someone who can help reinvent internal IT by building practical automations, improving employee experiences, and using AI-assisted, spec-driven development to turn business needs into reliable solutions.
Our environment spans both Microsoft and AWS in real production use. We are Microsoft-heavy across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure services, while also running multiple production systems, applications, and cloud services in AWS. The successful candidate needs to move comfortably between at least these two clouds and choose the right platform, tool, or service for the problem at hand.
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes solving messy problems, learning quickly, documenting what they build, and delivering tools people actually use. You will support core IT operations, but the bigger opportunity is to identify friction in the business and build secure, maintainable solutions that reduce manual effort and help people work better.
What Youâll Do
Build useful internal tools, automations, workflows, scripts, and lightweight applications that improve how employees work.
Use spec-driven development practices to clarify the problem, define expected behavior, document assumptions, and deliver maintainable solutions.
Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, solution design, development, troubleshooting, documentation, and iteration.
Improve and extend our Microsoft 365 environment, especially Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Power Platform, Copilot, and related services.
Work interchangeably across Microsoft/Azure and AWS environments, including production systems, applications, APIs, source control, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, identity, and security controls.
Partner with business users to understand pain points, prioritize high-value opportunities, and deliver solutions people will actually adopt.
Help keep IT operations secure, reliable, documented, and aligned with compliance needs such as CMMC, ISO 27001, and ISO 20000.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of a Bachelorâs and 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity, collaboration tools, or modern IT operations.
Experience building automations, workflows, scripts, integrations, internal tools, or low-code solutions.
Comfort moving between Microsoft/Azure and AWS environments, with the judgment to understand where each platform fits and how to support production workloads responsibly.
Ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear specifications, working prototypes, tested solutions, and practical documentation.
Responsible use of AI-assisted tools for research, development, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous learning.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and user empathy.
Familiarity with security, access control, least privilege, audit evidence, and compliance-conscious operations.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, or similar development experience.
Amazon Kiro, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI-based tools, or AI-powered internal assistants.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as IAM, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, ECS, API Gateway, or related production operations; familiarity with AWS GovCloud and Microsoft GCC High; plus common Infrastructure as Code tools.
GitHub, GitLab, source control, CI/CD, DevOps practices, or repeatable deployment approaches.
Government contracting, CMMC Level 2, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, NIST SP 800-171, or other regulated/security-conscious environments.
You Might Be a Fit If
You see a manual process and immediately start thinking about how to improve it. You are comfortable supporting systems, but you also want to build things, simplify things, and help people work better.
You are curious, practical, and self-directed. You can learn an unfamiliar environment, talk with users, write down what good looks like, build a solution, test it, document it, and keep improving it.
You are excited by AI because it changes how technical work gets done, but you also understand that internal solutions must be secure, reliable, supportable, and aligned with company policies.
Why This Role Matters
Internal technology should make work easier, not harder. This role helps us get more leverage from Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, AI, automation, and other platforms so IT can become a more proactive engineering partner to the business.
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,600-$120,000. This salary range is not a guarantee of compensation. The offered salary will be based on factors including relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and applicable contractual requirements. *Compensation may fall outside this range when appropriate.
