We're hiring an Analytics Engineer to join the Compliance Technology team within the Platform organization. This team builds and operates data and detection capabilities that enable Coinbase to meet global BSA/AML and related regulatory obligations at scale, partnering with Compliance, Product, and Engineering to ensure monitoring and investigative controls are effective, measurable, and auditable. You'll build and own end-to-end data pipelines that power compliance detection and decisioning, improving signal quality, defining control performance measurement, and creating scalable tooling that makes compliance data easier to trust and use.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain curated datasets and data models (e.g., case, alert, entity, transaction, and risk features) that power compliance controls across Transaction Monitoring, EDD/KYC, and Screening systems.
• Own data quality for compliance datasets by implementing validation checks, monitoring, lineage tracking, and documentation to ensure outputs are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams and Compliance stakeholders to close upstream data gaps, standardize instrumentation, and translate control requirements into scalable data structures and feature sets.
• Drive detection signal quality improvements by analyzing detection outputs, identifying opportunities to reduce non-actionable noise while protecting sensitivity, and defining success metrics for controlled rollouts.
• Execute measurement frameworks for compliance control effectiveness, including coverage, timeliness, stability, and outcome-based metrics, and build repeatable reporting pipelines consumable by Compliance leaders, operations teams, and auditors.

Required skills and experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data-heavy technical roles.
• Advanced SQL proficiency including complex transformations, performance tuning, and data quality checks.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and data models using tools such as dbt, Airflow, or equivalent orchestration/transformation frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to execute on ambiguous, cross-functional projects in regulated environments with clear written and verbal communication.
• Python skills applied to automation, pipeline development, and data analysis.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Senior Analytics Engineer

As a Senior Analytics Engineer on the Platform team, you'll build the scalable data models and pipelines that power analytics, experimentation, and decision-making across Coinbase. Our Analytics Engineering team transforms raw data into trusted, well-modeled sources that stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Data Science rely on daily. You'll own end-to-end data solutions for specific business domains, turning complex data flows into clean, reusable frameworks that unlock commercial value at scale.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end data modeling for assigned business domains, from understanding source system data flows through designing modular, reusable models (star/snowflake schemas) that serve as the single source of truth for downstream teams.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using modern tools like dbt and Airflow, ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance at scale across Snowflake or similar warehouse architectures.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams to identify data gaps, define requirements, and deliver data products that directly enable experimentation, ad hoc analysis, and business metric optimization.
• Develop scalable abstractions and frameworks (UDFs, Python packages, internal data apps) that multiply the efficiency of other data teams and reduce time-to-insight across the organization.
• Design and deliver dashboards and visualization layers using tools like Looker or Tableau, translating complex data into clear, actionable views for cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years in analytics engineering or data engineering with demonstrated expertise in designing modular data models and building production ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt, Airflow, or similar.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for complex transformations and query optimization, plus intermediate-to-advanced Python for scripting, automation, and building scalable frameworks (OOP experience preferred).
• Production experience with modern data warehouse architectures (Snowflake, Databricks) including performance tuning, data quality monitoring, and version-controlled development workflows (GitHub, CI/CD).
• Proven track record delivering data solutions that generated measurable business impact, with the ability to independently build domain expertise and communicate technical trade-offs to Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

As a Senior Data Scientist on the CX Consumer Analytics team, you will serve as the foundational link between CX operations and top-line financial impact, owning the revenue calibration models, experimentation frameworks, and behavioral intelligence that connect every customer support interaction to Coinbase's asset accumulation flywheel. WiredPeople is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst / Systems Analyst to play a vital role in building MyPAS 3.0, a modern Azure-hosted pension administration system that integrates with the MyTRS member portal and MyERS employer portal. TRS serves over 210,000 active members and retirees across more than 600 school districts, higher education institutions, and career tech centers.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams. You will drive process discovery, map complex workflows, translate operational needs into detailed Azure DevOps user stories, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Analysis & Workflow Mapping

Job Overview

The Senior Demand Planner owns the unit sales forecast and the receipt need that flows from it, end to end, across an assigned set of pillars and collections. You build the bottom-up forecast at the geography level and translate it into the monthly receipt need that buying decisions are built on — and you’re accountable for both the accuracy of that forecast and the judgment behind it.

You drive the demand side of the monthly S&OP cycle: presenting your forecast and receipt need at the monthly consensus meeting, walking senior leadership through your assumptions at S&OP, and speaking to any style in your portfolio at a granular level in the weekly trading meeting. Your forecast brings together customer insights, product strategy, market trends, and operational constraints into one coherent demand plan.

Demand in jewelry moves with gifting moments, cultural trends, and input costs that shift with the market — the forecast you own changes shape with it throughout the year.

What you’ll do

• Own the unit sales forecast: Build and maintain a rolling monthly unit forecast at style/color level over a 12–18 month horizon — built net of returns at geography level, and rolled up to total so that aggregate performance never masks a market-level imbalance. Overlay known business drivers from the shared planning calendar: promotions, campaigns, launches, store openings, and key trading periods.
• Translate demand into a receipt dollar need: Convert the unit forecast into the monthly receipt dollar need that Merchandise Planning stress-tests against open-to-buy, and bring it to the consensus meeting with a defensible number and a clear point of view on the trade-offs.
• Manage inventory coverage targets: Own network-level weeks-of-supply and safety stock targets in alignment with Merchandise Planning’s turn goals and Allocation’s in-store average inventory needs, and shape monthly receipts to the seasonal demand curve.
• Drive the monthly S&OP cycle: Own the demand inputs and cadence of the monthly planning cycle — actualizing the prior month, reforecasting on real selling signals, leading the demand consensus meeting, presenting your plan at monthly S&OP, and delivering the locked forecast, weekly disaggregation, and receipt plan on time every cycle.
• Own size distribution curves: Build and maintain the optimal size distribution for every sized style, and recalibrate as the assortment evolves.
• Own forecast accuracy and forecast health: Track actuals against plan at style/color level, distinguishing genuine demand shifts from supply-constrained misses before revising anything downward. Measure both forecast accuracy and directional bias, root-cause the misses that matter, and turn what you learn into a methodology change rather than a one-off correction.
• Forecast across the style lifecycle: Take new introductions from handoff through their first selling period, and carry styles through growth, peak, maturity, and exit with the right forecast and inventory posture at each stage.
• Partner with Supply on inventory risk: Work with Supply as a two-way early warning system on excess, stockouts, delivery delays, and quality issues — aligning on root cause together before adjusting the plan, and adapting the forecast and receipt need when the supply picture changes.
• Make the process better: Continuously evaluate and improve our demand planning process — sharper methodology, better tooling, less manual rebuilding, and planner time spent where judgment actually adds value.

What you’ll bring to the team

• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, inventory planning, or retail analytics within a fast-paced retail, DTC, or e-commerce environment — with meaningful time spent owning a forecast, not only reporting on one.
• Strong command of forecasting methodology — baseline and trend construction, seasonal shape curves, comp-style logic, promotional overlays, and safety stock and coverage models — and the judgment to know when a forecast needs adjusting, and by how much.
• Experience operating inside an S&OP or monthly consensus process — building a geo-level plan, presenting it to senior stakeholders, and holding a point of view under challenge.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication — aligning Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Allocation, and Supply partners around one plan even when their inputs conflict, and making complex quantitative work land clearly with non-analytical audiences.

Job Description

The Senior Research Statistician, Statistics is responsible for providing statistical support to the research and

development organization. Specific areas of work will include clinical trial work. The Senior Research Statistician works in partnership with experts in multiple disciplines to advance medicines to our patients.

Major Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, analysis and reporting of clinical trials or other scientific research studies. Assist with

development of protocols and/or statistical analysis plans with details for programming

implementation. Work under supervision to implement sound statistical methodology in scientific investigations.

• Assist in identifying scientifically appropriate data collection instruments. Identify and report data issues or

violations of study assumptions. Provide programming specifications for derived variables and analysis datasets. Collaborate with Data Science in preparing for database lock.

• With supervision perform statistical analyses as per the analysis plan. Collaborate with Statistical Programming to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs according to agreed-upon timelines. Evaluate appropriateness of available software for planned analyses and assess needs for potential development of novel statistical methodology.

• With supervision, develop strategy for data presentation and inference. Ensure appropriate interpretation of

statistical deliverables in collaboration with other functions. Collaborate in publication of scientific research.

Ensure accuracy and internal consistency of reports and publications, including tables, listings, and figures.

Ensure the accuracy of the statistical component of scientific reports and/or publications with high quality.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Clearly explain statistical concepts to non-statisticians. Provide responses to questions and pursue analyses suggested by data under supervision. Support communications between assigned product team(s) and functional management. Build/drive cross-functional relationships and collaboration.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a highly related field.
• 4+ years of experience performing statistical computations and simulations
• Experience with pharma clinical trials (internship or employment)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in oncology
