HR Senior Sourcer at Alloy

Senior sourcer leads outbound recruiting for engineering roles, builds talent pipelines, writes personalized outreach, and manages AI-powered sourcing workflows and tools.

Senior Hybrid Posted about 20 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Alloy is where you belong!

Alloy is the AI-powered identity and fraud prevention platform that accelerates onboarding, stops fraud, and scales compliance across the customer lifecycle so financial organizations can grow without limits. More than 900 of the world’s leading financial institutions and fintechs trust Alloy for smarter risk management that drives growth.

Through our values: Be Bold, Go Fast, Collaborate, and Celebrate Our Differences, we are creating a workplace where you can grow, thrive, and belong. See how we’ve been continuously recognized and named one of Inc.Magazine’s Best Workplaces, Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers, Best Fintech to Work for by American Banker, year after year.

Check out our investors and read more about us here.

About the team

The Talent Acquisition team shapes who Alloy becomes. We sit close to leadership, we treat sourcing as a craft, and we care about precision over volume. This is not a fill-the-req function: what we build here determines how Engineering, Product, and GTM get built. Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week.

What you’ll do

The best hires rarely come from a job post. They come from someone who found them first. You’ll own outbound sourcing at Alloy, leading on Engineering searches while supporting Product and GTM, and you’ll own how AI-powered sourcing gets done here.

  • Own sourcing strategy for Engineering roles and support Product and GTM searches, building talent maps of the strongest candidates in our key hiring areas.
  • Write outreach that people with options actually answer: specific, credible, personalized, and worth their time.
  • Run parallel pipelines across competing roles, independently and in close partnership with TA partners.
  • Source beyond LinkedIn: technical communities, open source contributions, research papers, referral networks, and events.
  • Turn market research into intelligence the team acts on, from competitive landscapes to emerging talent pools to what candidates are asking about.
  • Track outreach conversion and pipeline metrics, report pipeline health clearly to recruiters and leadership, and iterate on what the data tells you.
  • Own our AI-augmented sourcing workflow, putting tools like Noon.ai and Gem to work, using automation to extend your reach rather than replace your judgment, and codifying playbooks and talent maps the team adopts.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

  • 6+ years of sourcing or research-focused recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth tech company or fintech.
  • Proven track record sourcing technical talent (Data Science, Software Engineering, Security, Product, G&A, and GTM) with a strong emphasis on passive candidate engagement.
  • Real AI fluency: you’ve put agentic sourcing tools to work in live searches, and you know where AI extends your reach and where your judgment wins.
  • Expert-level command of LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced Boolean, InMail strategy, and pipeline tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with Gem and a clear understanding of how sourcing integrates with an ATS like Greenhouse or Ashby.
  • You track your numbers and iterate on them, and your outreach to technical audiences reads like it came from a person, not a sequence.
  • Experience running market research to inform sourcing strategy and talent mapping.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience sourcing GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
  • Background building sourcing programs or channel strategies from scratch.
  • You’ve configured agentic AI sourcing workflows that actually run, beyond off-the-shelf defaults.
  • Experience nurturing talent through programs like meetups and grassroots networking.

  • Comfortable building and evolving recruiting processes as the team scales.
  • A trusted advisor to hiring managers and a thoughtful, respectful partner to candidates.
  • Adaptable, curious, and energized by helping a startup scale its go-to-market engine.
  • Bonus if you’re excited about open source, security, or finding great talent in unconventional places.

$150,000—$165,000 USD

  • We trust each other and assume good intentions — We’re transparent with decisions to empower team members to make well informed decisions.

A few of the benefits we offer:

  • Flexible & Remote-First Culture: Work remotely with team meetup opportunities, bi-annual destination summits, and a monthly stipend for coworking spaces, phone and internet costs.
  • Our Approach to Equity: Receive stock options upon hire and promotion. Plus, you can participate in secondary offerings and have 10 years to exercise your options (yes, you read that correctly: 10 years!).
  • 100% Covered Health Insurance: We cover 100% of your health, vision and dental insurance premiums for you and your dependents. Nothing comes out of your paycheck.
  • ∞ Flexible Time Off: Take the time you need – to do our best work, we need to recharge and reset.

Why join Sprout’s Talent Acquisition team?

Sprout believes that every customer deserves a world-class experience and that we should be a joy to do business with. In talent acquisition, we feel the same way about our candidates. You’ll have the opportunity to form partnerships across the entire business, and you’ll help connect exceptional talent to life-changing career opportunities. Not only will you get to represent a beloved product, but also a company that lives its values and truly cares about its employees. Plus, our team culture is like no other; we win together and celebrate each other’s successes.

What you’ll do

We’re looking for an agile, high-impact Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-lifecycle recruitment for Enterprise Sales, Commercial Sales, and Sales Development, with flexibility to support other GTM functions like Customer Success, Marketing, People, Legal, and Finance as business needs shift. You’ll work with moderate autonomy, managing your workflow independently while receiving guidance on new initiatives and complex challenges.

You will:

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for Enterprise Sales roles as your core specialty, while flexing across other GTM functions and multiple levels, developing recruiting strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Manage a high-volume requisition load, running efficient, high-quality phone screens and candidate engagement at speed without compromising the candidate experience

  • Drive high offer acceptance rates through personalized closing strategies, compelling offer packages, and proactive objection handling that convert top talent into enthusiastic new hires
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and talent market data to inform hiring decisions, diagnose performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement in your recruiting effectiveness
  • Collaborate with TA Operations and TA Leadership to execute process improvements that elevate recruiting strategy and operational effectiveness
  • Champion DEI through proactive talent mapping, outreach, and inclusive hiring practices that build diverse pipelines and advance equity goals
  • Manage data in talent acquisition tools and systems with the highest degree of data integrity to enable accurate reporting and decision-making
  • Use AI-powered tools to improve sourcing, screening, communication, and daily workflow efficiency, and share best practices with team members as you develop proficiency
  • Partner with TA Leadership on strategic initiatives and projects that have cross-functional impact and drive recruiting excellence

About Stitch Fix, Inc.

Stitch Fix (NASDAQ: SFIX) Stitch Fix is redefining retail by combining human creativity with advanced data science and Generative AI. As we build the future of personalized shopping, we’re equally committed to building yours.  We believe in investing in our team as much as our technology. Join us to be a trendsetter in the industry and help us redefine what’s possible for our clients, while we help you reach your full potential.

About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter who can independently own full-cycle recruiting across a range of corporate functions. You are a strong partner to hiring managers, comfortable managing multiple searches at once, and able to move from intake through offer with a high degree of autonomy. You bring sound recruiting judgment, a thoughtful candidate experience, and a practical, data-informed approach to finding and closing strong talent. You will partner across corporate teams to understand hiring needs, build effective search strategies, and keep processes moving with clarity and consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers. You’ll set clear expectations, bring market context and recruiting expertise to the table, and keep searches moving with proactive communication and thoughtful recommendations.
  • Build high-quality talent pipelines. You’ll use a mix of sourcing strategies, networking, referrals, and inbound talent to identify strong candidates and create inclusive pipelines across the functions you support.
  • Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience. You’ll keep candidates informed, engaged, and prepared throughout the process, while balancing speed, quality, and a high bar for professionalism and care.
  • Use data, AI, and recruiting tools to work smarter. You’ll stay close to funnel health, identify where a search may be getting stuck, and use available technology and automation to improve efficiency, sourcing precision, and consistency without losing the human judgment that great recruiting requires,

How AI and tools show up in your day-to-day work.

  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Work with core tools and systems relevant to the role
  • Comfort learning and applying new technologies

About You

This is what you’ll need to succeed in this role from day 1.

Requirements:

  • You have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. You’ve independently managed multiple searches at once and hired across functions such as Finance, Legal, People and Culture, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, or similar business teams.
  • You can run a recruiting desk with a high degree of independence. You know how to lead an intake, build a search strategy, source and assess talent, manage competing priorities, and drive searches forward while knowing when to pull in others for support.
  • You are a strong partner and communicator. You build credibility with hiring managers and candidates by being prepared, responsive, organized, and willing to offer a point of view.
  • You are highly adaptable and tailor your approach to different stakeholders and role types without needing a highly prescribed playbook.
  • You have demonstrated experience using AI, automation, and modern recruiting tools to streamline workflows, reduce administrative work, strengthen sourcing and pipeline management, and create a more efficient recruiting experience.
  • You use data and recruiting insights to assess pipeline health, conversion, speed, and candidate quality; identify issues early; and adjust your approach to keep searches on track and drive strong, diverse hiring outcomes.
  • You are a strong closer and skilled offer negotiator. You understand candidate motivations, navigate concerns and counteroffers, and confidently guide candidates through the offer process to drive successful closes.

Why you’ll love working at Stitch Fix

  • Set a high bar for our craft and drive measurable impact across fashion, tech, and data science.
  • Actively leverage AI and modern tech to evolve how work gets done.

HR People Partner at SwingDev—a hippo company

Organizes company events, employer branding initiatives, and employee engagement activities while supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts.

Mid Hybrid Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

SwingDev—a hippo company is the Polish branch of a fast-growing InsurTech product company – Hippo Insurance. We’re here to make home insurance smarter and more proactive, using tech to bring fresh solutions. We also create digital products that support our customers, always focusing on what really makes an impact.

Putting a lot of effort into hiring top-tier professionals is a proof that we care a lot about tech experience, the attitude, human approach, and what we could call „culture fit”.

„SwingDev is all about people” – yes, it may sound a bit cliche. But whether we’re writing code or just hanging out, we know that people are at the heart of everything we do. We like to have a good time and keep things light, even when we’re tackling big projects. We could brag about what’s making us special, but we’ve boiled it down to two key ingredients: mature, companionable people who, rather than compete, prefer to inspire and have each other’s backs; a culture of trust, empathy, and positivity that keeps us together, lets us interact as teammates and friends, and truly enjoy the ride.

Are we a good match?

As a People Partner, you’ll be part of a small People team that helps make SwingDev–a hippo company a unique place to work. A lot of this job is hands-on: on-site events, remote bonding activities, employer branding, and more. It needs good planning and attention to detail, but also an open mind, creativity, and energy to bring things to life.

Some initiatives you’ll own, some you’ll support, always with help from the team that have each other’s back. People should feel comfortable coming to you, because you’re around, you care, and you ask the right questions.

Every company is different, so copying what worked somewhere else is not enough here. Some of our best events and initiatives were a bit unusual — we’re fine with trying something first, or doing it differently, as long as it makes sense and feels like us.

Sounds like your mindset? Keep reading!

Why is it worth your time?

  • You’ll join a small team of People and Recruitment professionals who are genuinely enthusiastic about their job and show up for each other
  • You’ll contribute to initiatives across the various People areas – culture, events, employer branding, onboarding, communication, and more
  • You’ll be part of a stable, US company with the flexibility of hybrid work and an office full of goodies

What you’ll be doing

  • Planning and running our company events — offsites, Christmas costume parties, team celebrations, and remote bonding activities like online GeoGuessr games
  • Coming up with employee gift ideas and handling the logistics behind them
  • Helping with People-related communication — e.g. promoting our team bonding activities and encourage people to participate and get to know each other
  • Helping make onboarding smooth and exciting for new joiners
  • Supporting our Employer Branding efforts, e.g. promoting our job openings on LinkedIn and Facebook, and adding some splash to our Instagram account
  • Cooperating with the office team on keeping our HR tools, accounts, and benefits running behind the scenes

We are looking for someone, who

  • Has 3+ years of experience in People field (excluding recruitment and admin)
  • Has an eye for detail, gets things done, and genuinely loves organising
  • Draws energy from helping others and making their lives easier and more fun
  • Is a team player — supports others when needed, cheers them on, enjoys exchanging ideas, and stays open to feedback
  • Is curious of other people’s perspectives and what they have to say
  • Can come to our Warsaw office 1-2 times a week
  • Is OK with occasionally meeting in the evenings with our US colleagues
  • Speaks Polish on a native-lever and English at proficiency lever – you’ll talk to people in Poland and the US
  • Stays positive, looks for solutions and isn’t afraid to push for an unusual idea when it’s actually the right call

Recruitment process

  • Send us your CV — it’s the best way for us to get to know you
  • Complete a short one-way video interview via SparkHire
  • Have two Zoom calls with Justyna (People Manager) and Alicja (VP, People)
  • Have a conversation with Marcin (VP, Engineering and one of SwingDev Founders).
  •
and welcome aboard! 👋
