Marketing Customer & Field Marketing Manager - US Remote at PerfectServe

Manages customer and field marketing programs, executes event strategy, and builds customer reference/advocacy programs to drive expansion and support sales.

Senior Remote Posted about 21 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

What is PerfectServe?

PerfectServe is a leading provider of clinical communication and physician scheduling solutions in the health IT space. The company was founded in 1997 and has grown steadily since then, with a notable jump after several major acquisitions were announced in 2019. PerfectServe now has 400+ employees, 30,000+ customers — spanning medical practices, hospitals, and health systems — and $100 million+ in annual revenue.

PerfectServe’s mission is to accelerate speed to care by optimizing provider schedules and routing communications — including messages, pages, calls, and alerts — to the right place at the right time in any care setting. By facilitating real-time information sharing, building better schedules, and automating important clinical workflows, we believe we can help our customers advance patient care and improve the well-being of their clinicians.

Leading analyst firms like GartnerÂŽ and KLAS Research have consistently validated our approach:

  1. In 2026, PerfectServe was named highest in execution and furthest in vision in the Gartner Magic Quadrant™ for Clinical Communication and Collaboration — the clear segment leader.
  2. PerfectServe also received two Best in KLAS awards in 2026 — one for physician scheduling and another for ambulatory clinical communications. That makes for 11 Best in KLAS awards over the past 9 years.

At PerfectServe, you’ll have a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team with decades of experience that finds new ways to delight our customers every day. This involves consistent efforts to stay on the cutting edge of product development, which includes everything from implementing AI in new and existing solutions to brainstorming with customers about novel workflows. But you don’t have to be in product to make in impact — everybody at PerfectServe contributes to important work that moves the business forward.

If you’re looking for a well-established, tech-forward company full of smart people doing meaningful work, you’ve found the right place!

The Opportunity

You own two things that are easy to under-invest in and expensive to ignore: the customers we already have, and the rooms where buyers gather. You run customer and expansion marketing in partnership with Customer Success, and you execute the field and event motion that the segment owners scope.

You also own the proof. References, case studies, and advocates are how we win deals and how an acquirer values us. That program is yours to build.

What You’ll Own

Sales enablement

  • Build custom sales decks and assets for client engagements, with a focus on enterprise deals.
  • Run broader enablement: operationalize the master pitch and battlecards PMM owns, onboard reps to the materials, and keep deal assets current.
  • Be the bridge between marketing’s narrative and what reps actually present in the room.

Field and event execution

  • Execute the events the segment owners scope and recommend: booth, on-site meetings, and follow-through.
  • Own on-site ROI and the pre- and post-event motion with sales and CS.

References, case studies, and advocacy

  • Own the reference and advocacy program; recruit advocates and turn outcomes into proof.
  • Partner with Content to produce and PMM for the outcome data.

Field enablement

  • Own field and event enablement materials in partnership with PMM’s core positioning.

What You Don’t Own

  • New-logo demand creation — the segment owners.
  • Which events we attend (the thesis) — segment owners decide; you execute.
  • Core positioning and battlecards — PMM.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Expansion pipeline influenced. Customer and expansion pipeline, with Customer Success.
  • Net revenue retention contribution. Marketing’s influence on retention and expansion.
  • Event execution ROI. Pipeline and qualified meetings per event, on budget.
  • Proof produced. References and case studies created — exit-critical.
  • Field contribution to acute pipeline. Field-influenced pipeline supporting the ABM motion.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in customer marketing, field marketing, or events in B2B SaaS; healthcare IT preferred.
  • A program builder who can run events and customer motions at the same time without dropping either.
  • Comfort partnering closely with Customer Success and Sales.
  • A reference and advocacy track record.
  • An AI-first approach to scaling field and customer content.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% travel

Nice to Have

  • Experience building a customer advocacy or reference program from scratch.
  • Experience supporting diligence with customer proof points.

Why Join PerfectServe?

We offer a salary range of $75,000-$85,000 USD per year, with compensation tailored to your background, strengths, and potential to grow within the team.

Marketing PPC Strategist at Blacksmith Agency

Builds and manages PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft for multiple clients while owning strategy, performance, and contractor oversight.

Senior Remote Posted about 21 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Location: Remote (USA, Canada or South Africa)

Department: Marketing

Role Type: Full Time / Independent Contractor if outside of the USA

About the Role

Blacksmith Agency is scaling its Marketing division to support a growing portfolio of PPC and SEO clients across multifamily, B2B and technical verticals. We are looking for an Account Strategist who can run the strategies and the PPC campaigns underneath it. This is not a role for a strategist who hands off execution and hopes it lands right. You will build the media plan, set up the tracking and be the one auditing the account when performance moves.

You will join sales calls to shape strategy, manage Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft campaigns directly, oversee PPC contractors where necessary, and ensure every client engagement delivers measurable outcomes. This is a senior, hybrid role that blends strategic ownership with hands-on paid media execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy and Leadership

  • Lead strategy for all PPC clients across multiple industries.

  • Join sales calls with AEs to validate scope, pitch technical recommendations and help close deals.

  • Build 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps for clients.

  • Translate complex marketing recommendations into simple, clear explanations for executives.

Hands-On PPC Execution

  • Plan, launch and manage paid search campaigns in Google Ads across multiple client accounts, including search, display, remarketing and Performance Max structures.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and write and edit ad copy.

  • Set up conversion tracking and ensure attribution accuracy via GA4, GTM and CRM integrations.

  • Monitor daily spend and pacing to keep campaigns within budget while hitting CPA and CPL goals.

  • Identify and manage negative keywords to improve efficiency.

  • Manage additional paid channels as needed, including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Performance Ownership

  • Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search channels.

  • Audit existing PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, bidding structures, landing pages and CRO opportunities.

  • Ensure KPI tracking, conversion attribution and analytics accuracy across every account.

Execution Oversight

  • Provide weekly direction and QA for campaign optimizations and deliverables from specialists and contractors.

  • Coordinate priorities with the Marketing PM to keep timelines and client expectations aligned.

Reporting and Communication

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with clear takeaways and next-step recommendations.

  • Present performance summaries directly to clients.

  • Oversee reporting accuracy and insights delivered by the PM or specialists.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with first-party data proving results (CTR, CPL, ROAS, rankings).

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in PPC, SEO or multi-channel full-funnel strategy, including experience managing paid and organic channels concurrently.

  • Proficient in Google Ads Editor, Google Keyword Planner, GA4 and Google Search Console.

  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategy, optimization and ROI tracking.

  • Ability to create and articulate strategic recommendations to clients and AEs.

  • Demonstrated ability to oversee execution teams and manage deliverable quality.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose performance issues quickly.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote team environment.

Preferred

  • Google Ads Certification.

  • Agency experience managing multiple clients at once.

  • Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads.

  • Experience joining sales calls and influencing close rates.

  • Familiarity with multifamily, real estate or high-intent lead generation.

  • Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp or Asana.

Who Succeeds in This Role

  • People who can both think strategically and manage execution.

  • People who can simplify complex marketing ideas for clients.

  • People who own the results and take full accountability, good and bad.

  • People who work well with distributed teams.

  • People who enjoy building rather than inheriting polished systems.

What You Will Own from Day One

  • All marketing performance and strategy across PPC

  • The roadmap for each client.

  • Direct management of paid search campaigns across the client portfolio.

  • Reporting frameworks, playbooks and best practices.

  • Supporting AEs on sales calls.

Marketing Senior Field Marketing Manager at CrowdRiff

Senior Field Marketing Manager owns event strategy, booth execution, and relationship-building at destination marketing conferences and conventions.

Senior Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

What’s CrowdRiff?

Good visuals are appealing to the eye, but great visuals tell stories that reignite your desire to discover, spark your creative imagination and even influence what we buy, eat, and do. That’s why CrowdRiff exists: to empower destination marketers to showcase their unique destinations through powerful visual storytelling solutions.

✨ CrowdRiff is built around the idea of pushing the boundaries of exploration; and our dedication to finding experiences that feel more authentic and undiscovered make us who we are. We like to think of ourselves as modern-day explorers, who believe in taking action now and thrive in an open, challenging, and encouraging environment.

Our team is a quirky and diverse crew that has one thing in common: our love for great visuals. Picture this. You will contribute to amplifying unique travel experiences like scuba diving in Tahiti 🌊, exploring Napa’s wine country🥂, bungee jumping in Queenstown 🤩and much more while having access to some of our amazing travel perks that allow you to immerse yourselves in local communities and culture.

At CrowdRiff, you have the freedom, autonomy, and resources to set the course of your own future along with an incredible crew. We understand that to feel empowered and to keep forging new paths professionally and personally, we need to pull out all the stops. That’s why we take a proactive approach and set not only professional but also personal goals for all CrowdRiffers. To make this possible, we offer opportunities related to training, tuition, conferences, workshops, or anything else that will help you achieve your goals under our ‘DevDollars’ program.

Every day, we work across departments, time zones, and even oceans to reach our goals and delight our customers - all while being remote. If you are looking to make travel an incredible experience today, and for future generations, and are passionate about visuals & tech, you’re just our type. 💯

Your Role: Senior Field Marketing Manager

CrowdRiff partners with destination marketing organizations, an industry built on relationships, and one that gathers at annual conventions, state conferences, and regional events. This role owns how we show up there: the go/no-go call, the booth, the outreach around it, and the report that says whether it paid off. Most of our growth comes from customers we already have, so a good share of this is deepening relationships rather than chasing new logos.

We care a lot about taste and experience (no tables of branded stress balls 🫠). We’d rather spend the budget on one thing people remember than five hundred things that get left in a hotel room.

You’ll travel, but not every other week. Much of this job is setting other people up to represent us well, then making sure the follow-up actually happens. Between events, the focus shifts to high-touch account campaigns. Same instincts, smaller rooms.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the event portfolio: evaluate opportunities and turn company goals into an event strategy that drives pipeline, expansion, and retention.
  • Design the experience, then execute it: concept and build booths and activations people remember, and run the on-site logistics end to end.
  • Set the team up to represent us well: decide who attends, prep them, and make sure what they gather on-site lands in HubSpot and gets followed up on.
  • Run the demand engine around each event: pre-event outreach, meeting booking, and post-event follow-up in HubSpot, coordinated with Account Management.
  • Report on performance: spend, meetings, pipeline, expansion, and revenue per event, plus the quarterly rollup.
  • Execute high-touch ABM campaigns: dinners, small-format gatherings, and one-to-few experiences for target accounts, shaped together with the Head of Marketing.
  • Manage vendor and organizer relationships: negotiate sponsorships and hold the fabrication/print/freight bench accountable.
  • Own our owned events: customer receptions, dinners, webinars, and other first-party activations.
  • Manage the budget: forecast the events and field marketing line and make the tradeoff calls inside it.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Ideas and collaboration: Brings ideas rather than waiting for a brief, and builds well on other people’s.
  • Taste and experience design: Has a real point of view on materials, print, and space — and would rather fund one thing people talk about than 500 they throw away.
  • Events execution: 5–7 years running large-scale events with full portfolio ownership; calm and decisive on-site; good at getting other people ready to represent us.
  • HubSpot: Hands-on — lists, workflows, campaigns, attribution, reporting, no hand-holding required.
  • AI fluency: Uses Claude or similar daily, and knows where output needs a human check.
  • ABM and campaign execution: Has run real-world, high-touch account programs — not just email sequences — including plays built for existing customers, not just prospects.
  • Marketing and analysis: Writes clean on-brand copy, is comfortable with a budget, and is curious about how destination marketing actually works.
  • This is a remote role open to candidates based in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada.

Nice to have:

•  Experience marketing to DMOs, tourism boards, or travel/hospitality. A portfolio of booths or activations you’ve designed. Background in experiential, brand, or environmental design.

$100,000 - $130,000 a year

What this role involves

Description

About Taproot

Taproot Foundation is a national nonprofit powering the next generation of pro bono service. For more than 20 years, we’ve connected nonprofits with high-quality, high-trust support from skilled professionals—so they can meet urgent challenges, grow their impact, and lead with confidence.

Today, we’re expanding that vision. We’re innovating our platform, deepening partnerships, and shaping a future-focused pro bono marketplace. Our aim: a system that meets nonprofit needs with ease, speed, and excellence—lowering barriers to access, centering community voices, and embracing innovation, including AI.

The Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications is the campaign strategist and executor at the center of Taproot’s marketing engine. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, this role turns strategy into finished work: campaigns planned and delivered, content written, social channels growing, and launches carried to the finish line in service of Taproot’s bold vision to build the next-generation pro bono marketplace.

The Head of Marketing & Communications sets where the function is going. The Senior Manager takes a mandate, such as a campaign around a signature event or a flagship research release, shapes the strategy, builds the plan, and leads it through to delivery. This person is a maker at heart who loves producing the work, brings the independence to carry a project from hand-off through to the finish, and serves as an engaged thought partner who pushes thinking and offers input, with clear accountability for execution.

This role carries particular ambition for Taproot’s social media presence: someone who sees social as a channel that can shape action at the movement level, takes differentiated content approaches based on social platform, and who will modernize and evolve Taproot’s presence into new platforms and formats where the next generation of pro bono talent is ready to be engaged. A tech-forward mindset runs throughout, with curiosity about emerging tools, including AI, to expand reach, speed, and quality.

Reports to the Head of Marketing & Communications, with significant accountability for campaign execution and day to day marketing and communication operations. This role has no direct reports. Works across Programs, Strategic Partnerships & Advancement, Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align delivery with organizational priorities. Directs the work of contracted design and production partners, and interfaces with partners and sector collaborators in support of campaigns and convenings.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy, Planning & Execution

  • Develop the campaign strategy for Taproot’s priority initiatives, such as the brand refresh activation, the 25th Anniversary campaign, or a flagship research release, translating the marketing strategy into audiences, objectives, channels, sequencing, and measurement.

  • Lead two to three signature campaigns each year from plan to delivery, producing and coordinating work across channels.

  • Maintain a rolling 6-12-month campaign calendar aligned to narrative priorities, resourcing realities, and organizational milestones.

  • Develop briefs that give colleagues, contractors, and agency partners clear direction, sequencing, and success criteria.

  • Partner with Programs, Strategic Partnerships & Advancement, and Product on launch planning and on materials that help colleagues share Taproot’s message consistently.

Content Creation, Storytelling & Brand Activation

  • Write the work: campaign copy, email and web content, the stories behind research reports and case studies, and materials that support executive visibility.

  • Carry Taproot’s refreshed voice with a contemporary, professional standard across every channel and format.

  • Bring vision and ambition to Taproot’s social media, growing our presence beyond LinkedIn into platforms and formats, such as Instagram and TikTok, where the next generation of pro bono consultants is ready to be engaged.

  • Create sharp, compelling social content made for each platform, experimenting with formats, trends, and emerging tools, and using simple measurement to show what is working.

  • Partner with Programs to source and shape stories that show the human impact of skilled service.

  • Hold a high-quality bar for clarity, craft, and brand consistency across the team’s output.

Design Direction, Performance & Delivery

  • Direct contracted design capacity: scope, brief, art-direct, and review design work to a contemporary, distinctive visual standard.

  • Ensure consistent application of Taproot’s refreshed brand across campaigns, channels, and materials.

  • Manage contractors and freelancers for surge capacity, keeping high-frequency, brand-critical work in-house.

  • Track and report campaign and channel performance, delivering clear summaries of what is working and what comes next.

  • Keep the briefs, workflows, and planning rhythms that make delivery predictable and efficient for a lean team.

Other Duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support Taproot’s marketing, communications, and organizational priorities.

This role requires occasional travel (up to 15%), as needed.

Requirements

Competencies Needed for Role:

  • Campaign Execution Leadership: Proven ability to build and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns end to end, carrying work from mandate to finish.

  • Exceptional Writing: A skilled, versatile writer who produces polished work across formats and carries a brand voice with consistency and craft.

  • Social Media Vision: Deep fluency in social platforms and formats, with sharp instincts for each platform and a conviction that social can shape action at the movement level.

  • Design Direction & Visual Judgment: Directs design work to a high visual standard, with a sharp eye for contemporary, distinctive brand expression.

  • Independent Ownership & Initiative: Self-directed; takes a mandate and moves it to done, anticipating needs ahead of the ask.

  • Strategic Contribution: Engages with strategy as a thought partner, pushes thinking, and translates direction into plans colleagues can act on.

  • Values-Driven Leadership: Deep belief in Taproot’s values of Pragmatic Optimism, Impact Orientation, Playful Professionalism, and Progress, with commitment to equity and inclusion.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of marketing and communications experience, including hands-on ownership of multi-channel campaigns from plan through delivery.

  • Experience in a startup, high-growth, or otherwise scrappy and resource-lean environment, comfortable producing the work directly rather than delegating it.

  • A strong, versatile writer across campaign copy, email, web, and social, with the range to shape the narrative behind research reports and case studies.

  • Demonstrated social media fluency, with platform-native content and strategy across channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and short-form video.

  • Experience directing contractors, freelancers, or agency partners: scoping, briefing, art-directing, and reviewing work to a consistent quality and brand standard.

  • A data-informed approach, using metrics and audience insight to prioritize, optimize, and show what is working.

  • Fluency with digital tools and genuine curiosity about emerging ones, including AI, to expand reach, speed, and quality.

  • Self-directed and accountable, able to take a mandate and carry it to done while anticipating what the work needs.

  • Direct experience with or exposure to product marketing is preferred.

  • Nonprofit experience is welcome but not required. We are equally interested in candidates bringing startup, agency, or corporate marketing backgrounds.

Salary

Starting salary range is $90,000 - $105,000 per year. Exact placement within the range is based on location and experience.

To Apply

Please submit your resume and response to the application questions.

Apply through the Taproot Careers Page, not through a third-party website. Please apply by September 1. We will review applications and interview selected candidates on a rolling basis.

We know great candidates may not meet every qualification. If this role excites you, we hope you’ll apply.

Taproot is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in everything we do—from the work we lead to the culture we’re building. Marketing Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Marketing Operations at Flexe

Runs demand generation strategy and execution across digital marketing, paid media, campaigns, marketing operations, and attribution to fill enterprise sales pipeline.

Senior Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Flexe is a team of technology entrepreneurs and logistics experts who are transforming the $1.5T logistics industry. We deliver technology-powered flexible warehousing infrastructure to the world’s largest Enterprise companies, creating unprecedented agility and flexibility in their supply chains. Our cloud-based software platform connects to 1300+ warehouse operators across North America, making the process of sourcing, operating and scaling logistics services fast and efficient. Flexe.com

Flexe runs an on-demand warehousing marketplace for enterprise shippers and retailers. We are also in the middle of building a category around it: spot warehousing, measured and priced the way freight already is. That is a more interesting marketing problem than another software funnel, and this is the role that turns it into pipeline.

We are looking for a versatile, hands-on growth marketer to run the demand engine that fills our pipeline. Many companies split this work across various specialists. We would rather give all of it to one person who wants the range: digital marketing and paid media, integrated campaigns from concept through reporting, the marketing operations and attribution underneath them, our events, and the handoff that lets sales act on the demand you create. You will set the strategy and then build the thing yourself, using AI to magnify your impact and close the distance between an idea and a live campaign. You should want that kind of ownership: the budget, the channels, the number, and the room to change course the week the data turns. Experience in B2B technology or logistics is a plus. This position reports to the VP of Marketing & RevOps.

While you will wear many hats, you will not be doing any of this alone. We are a small, tight-knit team: one teammate leads Flexe.com and our organic and inbound programs, another owns our messaging, content, and communications, and you will work shoulder to shoulder with both. You will also direct our outside partners, including our paid media agency and the PR firm we just brought on to sharpen our profile in the market. How the work divides between you, your two teammates, and our partners is something we will shape together in your first quarter. Most people at this level inherit someone else’s org chart; you will help draw this one. The mandate itself is fixed from day one: own the demand engine, the budget behind it, and the number it produces.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

(50%) Digital Marketing & Marketing Operations

  • Own our paid media program end to end, from budget and channel mix through audiences and creative, with a focus on high-intent demand.
  • Direct our paid media agency’s day-to-day work and serve as the single accountable owner for what it produces.
  • Make paid and organic work as one system rather than two: coordinate with the teammate who owns SEO and AI-search so that campaigns, landing pages, and press reinforce our visibility instead of competing with it.
  • Own conversion tracking and campaign attribution across paid, organic, and outbound, so that every dollar and every program ties credibly back to pipeline.
  • Partner with RevOps to run marketing’s operational backbone: marketing automation, campaign data in Salesforce you can actually report from, lead capture and routing, and funnel reporting.
  • Own the martech stack and the budget behind it. You decide what earns renewal and what gets cut.
  • Publish the marketing scorecard and report program performance to the wider business.

(30%) Demand Generation Programs & Campaigns

  • Plan, build, launch, and report on integrated campaigns that pull together paid, outbound, email, web, social, organic, and earned media.
  • Own the campaign calendar and the seasonal and thematic programs on it, working with our content, web, and PR counterparts to assemble each one.
  • Build AI-assisted outbound plays that turn buying signals and intent data into booked meetings for Business Development.
  • Hold every program to a pipeline number. Kill what does not work, double down on what does, and carry the lessons into the next campaign.

(10%) Events

  • Share ownership of our trade show presence with the team, splitting sponsorships, booth and vendor logistics, staffing, and on-site activations.
  • Run pre-show and post-show outreach so that booth conversations turn into meetings.
  • Recommend which shows earn our money each year, manage the events budget, and report what each one returned.

(10%) Sales Enablement & Revenue Alignment

  • Maintain the campaign playbooks and talk tracks that let Business Development act quickly on marketing-generated demand.
  • Own the handoff to sales, including target account lists, routing expectations, and feedback loops on lead quality.
  • Support enablement moments tied to campaign launches, competitive updates, and event preparation.

These weightings shift by quarter. Events and campaigns dominate in show season; paid and measurement dominate in between.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience spanning demand generation and marketing operations, in-house or agency side.
  • Hands-on paid media experience across LinkedIn and Google Ads, plus ABM and intent platforms such as 6sense, covering budget management, audience strategy, and conversion tracking. You should be comfortable in the platforms yourself, not only reviewing an agency’s dashboard.
  • Working fluency in marketing automation and CRM, with the operational discipline to keep campaign attribution and reporting trustworthy.
  • A track record of owning integrated campaigns end-to-end and reporting their impact on pipeline.
  • You have rebuilt part of your own workflow around AI and can walk us through what changed as a result. This team runs AI-first by design.
  • You want the range: strategy one day, inside the ad platform the next, on a show floor in March.
  • Experience directing external agencies and managing vendor budgets and renewals.
